During Idea Lab day #2, Anthony and I worked on conceptualizing our 8th-grade Spanish project where they will be researching a women musician prominent in Latino and Hispanic cultures. We came up with the project requirements for each project portion as well as worked on examples to share with the students. Anthony had never used Illustrator before, so I gave him a crash course on some of the features like building shapes, making dynamic typography, and experimenting with colors. We still need to create an example in GarageBand which will be exciting to build.
