I had the opportunity to take an online class this summer focused on an introduction to girls' schools and the research and reasoning behind why they exist and some of the unique advantages and opportunities they provide. I found the class to be engaging and useful as Burke's is my first experience in an all-girls school. Through discussions with teachers around the country, I learned a lot about what I should focus on in my first year and ways that I can best contribute as an educator.

I'm curious if you think it is worthwhile for others to attend who are new to Girls Schools. I have been considering it for a couple people. Do you find that you use much of what was learned?
