This program is designed to help women leading in schools identify, develop and unleash their signature presence. Twenty-five educators and administrators along with five fabulous facilitators from Leadership + Design came together to work as individuals, pairs and teams to practice futurist thinking while straightening their core values.

We had an opportunity to work with a team to think about problems that may arise in the future in schools while building our skills as team members and learn to identify how strengths and more importantly, weaknesses, can compliment each other. My learning partner challenged me and help guide me as I worked to practice showing up in my most authentic way. I felt energized as I was able highlight the values I hold important. The exercises around teamwork, communication and value helped me shape my Burke's team retreat and led to insights that will help use be better stewards for the school's mission.
