CASE/NAIS 2023
CASE/NAIS brought together over 1400 Advancement professionals from all over North America! It was wonderful to be in community with people dedicated to the support of independent school education.
I was inspired to hear from other schools on how to address inclusivity in fundraising and how a diverse pool of donors can increase visibility to a school's mission. From new language in our appeals to rethinking our recognition programs, I feel prepared to adjust Burke's programs to meet our strategic plan goals around DEIB.
There were also strategies used successfully by other schools in their Annual Fund that we will test at Burke's and if successful can build upon for other fundraising efforts.
