International Coalition of Girls Schools Conference
I would highly recommend the ICGS conference as it was a great opportunity to connect with schools from across the country as well as from other countries. The keynote speakers, workshops, and even additional activities in the Baltimore area were all well-executed and allowed for opportunities to collaborate. It was most valuable to attend with Alice, Margot and Sheena as we were able to debrief about sessions attended and get to know each other better as we welcome Margot to Burke's. One of the pre-conference workshops I attended was with The House of Shine with Dr. Claudia Beeny which provided many useful tools to support honing in on your own leadership journey and the skills you bring to the table.
